 Reporting to the Director of IT, this position contributes to the Company’s success by delivering and supporting technology solutions, enabling highly cross-functional, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. As a business systems analyst, you will help shape the future of the company’s technology roadmap and be an integral part of their core mission and values. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities at once.  Flexibility, organization, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a constantly changing and highly ambiguous business environment are key. 

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a functional expert, exercising independent judgment and discretion in formulating and designing systems scope and objectives based on business acumen and analysis of business systems and requirements; analyzes system requirements and existing business processes and information systems.
  • Maintain overall design integrity of ERP processes and systems
  • Support numerous applications utilized by customers in all business areas, including but not limited to NetSuite ERP, Celigo Integration, Seller Central, and Business Intelligence System.
  • Lead business process design and implementation of process improvements and enhancements
  • Work with business users and third-party developers to design, develop, test and enhance application solutions and procedures 
  • Translate business requirements into technical specs for development purposes
  • Work independently on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion 
  • Integrate new applications solutions into the current environment; define input/output definitions; ensure integrity of the system integration 
  • Analyze and solve reported application issues 
  • Create strong cross functional relationships
  • Support management of vendor and consultant relationships to optimize and drive efficiency in our systems

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as - Information Systems, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, or Business Analytics is required.
  • 4+ years of Business/System Analyst experience; previous experience in the CPG/FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Experience working in an ERP system; previous experience in NetSuite is a plus.
  • Ecommerce experience is highly desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-directed; is successful with minimal direction and provides guidance and support to consultants and cross functional business partners.
  • Provides constructive input and perspective to team conversations.
  • Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems and propose solutions that address expressed needs
  • Interfaces across organization levels comfortably with internal business customers, cross-functional technical peers, and external business partners, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership
  • Successful experience supporting end users
  • Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting and Development Tools 

 Location: Fairfield County (remote and hybrid in office options)

 Compensation: $100,000 up to $120,000
