Summary

 Our Client is a global leader in the design, development, and distribution of extrusion and converting technology. Their systems encompass product lines to support manufacturing applications and customers in a wide variety of industries, including automotive, building & construction, consumer products, medical, and packaging. They have an exciting opportunity for an ERP Analyst to join their team. This individual will provide ongoing support, development, and maintenance of their Epicor ERP systems. The ERP Analyst will support end-users, upgrade processes, as well as additional site migrations.

 Qualified candidates will:

  • Be action oriented and able to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Possess significant ingenuity, strong problem solving skills, and critical thinking abilities
  • Execute tasks for end-user support and administration
  • Participate in the development and execution of Epicor upgrade, testing, and cutover plans
  • Liaison with Epicor support and/or third party partners
  • Evaluate requests with understanding of project management and finance process needs and apply solutions from core ERP functionality
  • Identify opportunities to streamline business process by leveraging business systems
  • Guide process owners in process improvements that align with best practices
  • Assist with future implementations of Epicor (acquisitions/mergers/onboardings)
  • Develop customizations, BAQs, reports, dashboards, and BPMs to support business needs
  • Guide users on where to find training and support for a range of modules in a manufacturing environment.
  • Document and test all software modifications
  • Source and provide ERP data extracts and integrations to other business systems (Salesforce, OneStream, BI Tools)


Qualifications and Experience:

  • BS in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 of years of experience in Epicor ERP, preferably in Epicor 10 or higher
  • Understanding of Epicor modules and process flow
  • Understanding of relational databases and SSRS
  • Ability to quickly develop detailed understanding of business operations and ensure solutions align with business needs
  • Ability to communicate with system users on their varying technical or nontechnical level of system understanding.
  • Experience leading Epicor Implementations and Process Improvement Projects is a bonus
